The 2026 Chester County Hazard Mitigation Plan is Approved Pending Adoption (APA).
The approved plan can be accessed here, and is also available below! The executive summary for the plan can be accessed here.
Municipal adoption resolutions can be accessed here, and special district adoption resolutions can be accessed here. These documents are also available on the Planning Documents page.
Municipalities and special districts can submit completed resolutions to Kelly Tinsman, Deputy Director of Emergency Management at Chester County DES (ktinsman@chesco.org).
